I use WinPT on my usb dirve, because I don't have administrative privileges to install it, but anyway I have the necessity to protect my comunication and my file (from who has the administrative privileges that can see ALL without restrictions!!!).
On my USB pen drive I have copied the GnuPG directory and the WinPt directory.
Then I set up the "Preferences" of GPG with the path of the keyring etc.
The result is that something is written in the registry because if I change computer I have to reset the preferences, but anyway winpt works!!!
Surely a completely portable version may be the best!!!

Exactly.
That's fine!
Thanks for the hard work.
Ben
P.S.: What is the "mobility project" exactly OR where should I search? I know only portableapps.com .

I'm searching for an option to use GnuPG on usb-drive. So I tested "Portable Thunderbird with GPG & Enigmail", it's fine. But a little program for only encrypt (decrypt, sign, ..., delete secure) messages and files would be better (more generally).
Reasons:
I don't have a laptop, but I want to save my private (eMails, …) – not only at home.
I don’t use Thunderbird regular.
I don’t want to use the gpg command line.
I don’t know an other program.
...

I guess you mean something similar to the mobility project, right?
Indeed I work on a version which is optimized for the use on portable devices. One requirement is that no temporary files or settings are saved on the machine. But for this aim, I need to change some code and this involves a lot of testing.

In short, I plan such a support but it won't be ready in the next release (or the release after it).
